Overview of Kia Sportage
What used to be an unassuming, little piece of machinery down the road has recently turned itself into a big time gem. In fact, the Kia Sportage was once the typical Korean or Japanese made surplus that almost all of us were used to ignoring. These days however, the new Sportage is a menacing headturner.
Sophisticatedly versatile, the Sportage is an all-around compact crossover SUV. From the exterior alone, one might expect a number of things that this automobile can do. Sleek and exquisitely functional, the Sportage looks like an expensive piece of metal, when in fact it is not as costly as its competitors.
Performance-wise, the Sportage is able to provide for a smooth ride in the city and the countryside highways. Its handling also gives room for comfort and manoeuvrability in conventional driving settings.
The Sportage, which is powered by a 2.0 liter-four-cylinder engine, is also available with a 2.7-liter engine. A prospective owner then will have the freedom to fit the Sportage into how he sees he will be using it, with the former of course being a functional city drive (with less consumption) and the latter being a more powerful engine meant for unconventional settings.
The Sportage is also a beauty from within. With upscale features that touch on performance and entertainment, the seats are also comfortable. Safety is also at a premium, with all the latest safety mechanisms tuck in place, ready for anything that might come its way.
All in all, in a nugget, the Sportage is a definite buy – with a cost lower than its closest competitors, but with a performance that doesn’t fly far off – this car is a definite value for the taking.
